Role Overview:

The Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding interested reporters and regional representatives into our organisation’s franchise network. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term association with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with reporters, journalists, and regional representatives who show interest in partnering with the organisation.
• Explain the organisation’s franchise model, policies, and benefits to prospective reporters and convince them for onboarding.
• Act as a primary point of contact between the organisation and potential franchise partners during the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) to complete all necessary documentation and formalities for onboarding.
• Maintain a database of interested reporters and track their onboarding status.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve queries raised by potential partners.
• Support in planning and executing franchise outreach campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports on franchise leads, conversions, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with franchise reporters to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
