Franchise Business Coach

As a candidate for the position, your role overview will involve working to support franchisees" needs for clubs in India. You will be responsible for providing initial training and onboarding, working with clubs through build-out, presale, and opening phases, and offering ongoing training on sales, marketing, and all other aspects of club operation. Additionally, you will need to effectively communicate with departments on club-related issues, implement club visit procedures, travel, and present training programs, and coach franchisees to grow and develop the brand culture inside their clubs. Your role will also involve coaching best practices and sharing experiences with franchisees. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting franchisees" needs for clubs in India - Providing initial training and onboarding - Working with clubs through build-out, presale, and opening phases - Offering ongoing training on sales, marketing, and all other aspects of club operation - Effectively communicating with departments on club-related issues - Implementing club visit procedures - Traveling and presenting training programs - Coaching franchisees to grow and develop the brand culture inside their clubs - Coaching best practices and sharing experiences with franchisees In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following core competencies: - Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude - Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing - Good at relationship building - Ability to self-manage while working remotely - Strong influencing abilities - Strong business acumen - Ability to deal with ambiguous situations - Excellent computer skills, proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel - Understanding of aspects of business finance Qualifications required for this job: - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, business-related, and/or franchising is preferred.,
