Franchise Business Coach

As a Franchise Business Coach in our Support department, you will be responsible for providing support to our franchisees in India. Your primary duties will include offering initial training and onboarding, guiding clubs through the build-out, presale, and opening stages, and providing continuous training on sales, marketing, and other operational aspects. Your role will also involve effective communication with various departments on club-related matters, implementing club visit procedures, and traveling to deliver training programs and presentations. One of your key objectives will be to coach franchisees on growing and fostering the brand culture within their clubs. You will also be expected to share best practices and experiences with franchisees to support their development. To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, and proficiency in building relationships. The ability to self-manage effectively while working remotely, strong influencing skills, business acumen, and the capacity to navigate through ambiguous situations are essential for success in this position. Additionally, proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, and an understanding of various aspects of business finance are required. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree is a must. Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, business-related fields, and/or franchising is preferred.
