Franchise Activation Manager

As a Franchise Sales Manager, your role involves meeting and exceeding new franchise development sales targets. You will be responsible for calling leads assigned to you and effectively managing follow-ups. Your duties will include coordinating visits or calls with prospects to explain the advantages of the franchise business, services offered, costs, locations, and financial arrangements. You will liaise with various departments such as customer support, franchise execution team, logistics, accounts, and legal teams to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections - Maintaining the CRM database according to company processes - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects through personal contact via telephone and meetings - Supporting existing franchisees in their new store development plans - Ensuring that franchise stores comply with regulations - Training and assisting executives, resolving their day-to-day operational queries - Preparing reports and submitting them to management as required - Developing a strong understanding of the product and its technical aspects - Collecting feedback, analyzing market trends, competition, and identifying new growth opportunities This full-time position requires you to work day shifts at the designated in-person work location.,
