Role Description

This is a contractual hybrid role for a Fractional CFO located in Kolkata. The Fractional CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis, managing financial statements, and leading financial reporting processes. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies, identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves guiding the senior team in selecting the best way of raising the required funds and may eventually lead the organisation towards an SME IPO. The role involves providing strategic recommendations to the executive team and improving overall financial performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning and Finance
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the executive team
• Experience of guiding an organisation towards Fund raise and SME IPO is a big plus.
• Experience in wealth management or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA is preferred
