Description
We are hiring for FP&A Analytics & Digitization Sustain Advisor to support and lead the sustainment of finance digital tools and solutions focusing on financial planning, economic modelling, and process standardization within a global Finance FP&A function. This role is key in supporting transformation, enabling performance management, and driving system enhancements. Preferred: Professional finance certifications: CA / ACA / Change Management accreditation Experience in Oil & Gas, energy, or digital transformation projects Technical exposure to Python, SAP, Power BI, or similar tools Notice Period - Immediate joiner, upto 30 days Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert in financial planning tools (BPC/Anansi), process and data flows Deliver support, troubleshooting, and training on finance systems and economic modelling tools Lead solution sustain activities, working within defined SLAs and during peak reporting periods Prioritize and resolve product defects, enhancements, and escalations Collaborate with product teams, tech SMEs, and finance stakeholders Drive process improvement opportunities and enable standardization across global teams Apply project management best practices (Agile & Waterfall) and change management principles Use data analytics tools (e.g., Python, Excel) for diagnostics and solution improvements Provide clear communication and documentation for both technical and non-technical users Skills & Experience Required Must-Have: Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A systems, or digitization roles Deep understanding or financial modelling tools and planning systems Strong skills in issue resolution, stakeholder influence, and process mapping Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments Proven skills in collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement Collaboration & Impact You will engage with: Global Finance teams , Technology teams , Business stakeholders
