We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Associate with 2 - 8+ years of experience specializing in
Oracle Cloud ERP/AS400/Jd Edwards and full-cycle Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and variance
analysis, ensuring efficient month-end close activities
'- Lead and manage month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in
reporting.
- Support journal entries and perform reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis on financial statements, identifying trends and key drivers
- Develop budget forecasts, financial models, and scenario analysis to support strategic
planning.
- Partner with business units to track KPIs, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
