The role at Strada Global involves joining the Commercial Finance team as an experienced financial individual. You will be responsible for owning departmental or Client Internal P&Ls, handling all aspects from budgeting and forecasting to variance analysis and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ability to read complex contracts and understand financial terms and schedules - Budget/Forecast revenue & costs for specified P&L using metrics, historical trending reviews, and close working relationships with business partners - Review P&L, provide driver and account-based variance analysis - Organize and lead monthly financial reviews with business partners and internal financial leadership - Track and report financial risk & opportunities - Supervise creation and correct set up of all necessary financial tools and templates - Create and update pricing models as needed - Process necessary journal entries (re-classes & accruals) - Provide ad-hoc financial support **Candidate Profile:** **Essential Skills:** - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines - Excellent Excel skills are vital for the responsibilities - Strong finance fundamentals **Knowledge And Expertise:** - Ability to work independently - Good critical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Basic understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - Collaboration with senior-level business partners - Ability to work on multifunctional teams across the organization **Personal Attributes:** - Organized and proactive with an enthusiasm to support the business - Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent attention to detail - Team player - Ability to work under pressure At Strada, their values guide everything they do, including anticipating customer needs, owning the outcome, challenging themselves to work smarter, empowering each other to solve problems, and caring about their work.
