Key Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting & Forecasting Support the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and quarterly forecastsacross business units. Analyze variances against budget and prior forecasts, identifying key drivers andactionable insights. Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure alignment of financial planswith business objectives.2. Board & Management Reporting Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance decks for internalmanagement and board meetings. Generate monthly P&L reports by business unit, and highlight key trends or anomalies. Track and report monthly KPIs across departments to monitor business health andproductivity.3. Pricing Support Build and maintain financial models to support pricing for new and existing clients. Analyze the profitability and scalability of service offerings and client accounts.
