Founding Customer Success Intern

We’re growing 30–50% MoM and looking for an Operations & Customer Support Intern (Hybrid) to join our fast-moving team at InboxKit - the enterprise cold-email infrastructure powering teams across the globe.

This is a cross-functional role that sits at the heart of our operations — where customer experience, process design, and execution meet. You’ll work closely with the founding and operations teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork: from customer onboarding to backend automations, support handling, and system reporting.

You’ll see firsthand how we build and scale a global SaaS products-

Enrich Labs (parent) – AI venture studio

Inboxkit – enterprise cold-email infrastructure

CallDock.co – smarter calling workflows

Maximise.ai – AI-led revenue growth

What you’ll do?

~Manage customer onboarding, setup, and support

~Handle queries quickly and clearly — turn issues into insights

~Maintain and update SOPs, FAQs, and process docs

~Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Tech on feedback

~Track key support and performance metrics

~Identify and build simple automations (Sheets, Notion, n8n)

~Support daily operations and cross-team execution

Who we’re looking for

Fast learner with curiosity for domains, mailboxes, and cold emailing

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Process-oriented and organized in handling onboarding and follow-ups

Proactive in researching and resolving customer issues

Customer-first mindset with focus on smooth onboarding and support

Hands-on with Slack, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT

Reliable team player who drives things to closure
