Founder’s Relationship & Operations Executive

We are looking for a Founder’s Relationship & Operations Executive to work closely with the Founder and act as a key support in daily operations, client coordination, and communication.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, calm under pressure, and enjoys bringing structure to a growing coaching business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, sessions, and follow-ups
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sessions and programs
• Support client onboarding, communication, and relationship management
• Coordinate operations for programs, launches, events, and workshops
• Track leads, inquiries, sessions, and follow-ups using Google Sheets
• Ensure smooth coordination between Founder, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:

• 0–4 years experience in operations, executive assistance, coordination, or client servicing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable with Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Zoom/Meet, WhatsApp, and email
• Languages: English & Hindi (Marathi/Gujarati is a plus)
• High level of trust, discretion, and reliability
• Interest in coaching, personal growth, or related fields is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,663.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra (Thane, Thane District)
