Founders Office - Strategy & Growth initiatives

Qualifications Required: - Possess at least 3+ years of experience in FinTech, Invest Tech, or Consumer Tech industries, with exposure to roles like Product P&L, Product Growth, Analytics, Data-driven, or Founders office roles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Educational background in Computer Science Engineering, MBA, or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute, with a track record of outstanding performance. - Proficiency in FinTech, Financial Services, and investments domain. - Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Skilled in handling external stakeholders and possessing strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Capable of managing and coordinating various projects concurrently and influencing people indirectly.
