Founders Office - Strategy & Growth initiatives

You are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to join the Founders office at ##INDmoney to drive strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the Founder and the Chief of Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for developing growth strategies, both organically and inorganically. They should be self-motivated, capable of executing tasks across multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable navigating through ambiguous situations. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FinTech, Invest Tech, or Consumer Tech industry, preferably in roles related to Product P&L, Product Growth, Analytics, Data-driven decision-making, or Founders office responsibilities. - Proficiency in problem-solving. - Educational background in Computer Science Engineering, MBA, or a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, with a proven track record of academic excellence. - Thorough understanding of the FinTech, Financial Services, and investment sectors. - Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities concurrently. - Experience in engaging with external stakeholders. - Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills. - Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to influence others indirectly.,
