Founder's Office - Senior Associate Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-ownership, execution-first generalist to join the Founder’s Office and drive growth across our organic acquisition channels — with a strong focus on SEO. You’ll take full responsibility for identifying opportunities, building the plan, executing it, and delivering measurable outcomes.

SEO experience is not mandatory — we encourage applicants from analytical, operational, or generalist backgrounds who can learn fast and execute even faster.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Organic Growth Execution

• Identify high-impact SEO opportunities across technical, content, and authority dimensions.

• Execute SEO initiatives end-to-end — from audits to implementation to impact tracking.

• Run keyword, trend, and competitor analyses and convert insights into content or product actions.

2. Automation & Workflow Efficiency

• Build scripts/no-code automations to scale repetitive SEO tasks and reporting.

• Deploy tools and systems that improve the efficiency and accuracy of SEO operations.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track key SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, authority metrics).

• Analyse content and performance data; convert insights into fast optimisation cycles.

• Coordinate execution with content teams wherever needed.

4. High-Speed Project Management

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to ship SEO improvements quickly.

• Manage multiple SEO and cross-functional projects with strong prioritisation and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 1–3 years in any analytical, operational, or generalist role with strong execution ownership.

• Experience in fast-paced/startup environments.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfort with tools like GSC, GA, domain/keyword tools, and Sheets/Excel.
• Experience automating workflows or handling large data sets.
• Clear communication and ability to convert data into actionable decisions.

• Fast learner who can quickly absorb new SEO concepts and apply them immediately.
