Process Coordinator

You’ll work directly with the founders, ensuring that operations run like clockwork—smoothing inter-team communication, managing critical schedules, and keeping our core processes tight and efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and assist in daily task execution for the Founders
• Identify inefficiencies and streamline internal processes
• Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the leadership team
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely follow-ups and project updates
• Track key action points, ensure accountability, and help build internal process dashboards

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — you're a natural at keeping things moving
• Clear and confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Experience in workflow management, operations, or executive assistance
• Attention to detail + a solution-first mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field (bonus points for startup exposure!)
