Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Founder's Office Intern in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the founders with daily administrative tasks and projects.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
