Role Overview

This role sits directly with the Founder’s Office and acts as a force multiplier across strategy, execution, compliance, and coordination. You will work on real decisions, not presentations for the sake of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder in strategic initiatives, regulatory planning, and end-to-end execution.
• Track and drive cross-functional priorities (legal, tax, compliance, product, partnerships)
• Prepare briefs, memos, presentations, and internal notes for investors, regulators, and partners.
• Coordinate with CAs, lawyers, consultants, regulators, and internal teams.
• Maintain process discipline, timelines, and documentation.
• Support new initiatives, pilots, and business launches end-to-end.

Ideal Profile

• Chartered Accountant / MBA / Lawyer with 1-4 YOE
• Strong understanding of business, compliance, and financial fundamentals
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-responsibility environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
