Role Overview This role sits directly with the Founder’s Office and acts as a force multiplier across strategy, execution, compliance, and coordination. You will work on real decisions, not presentations for the sake of it. Key Responsibilities Assist the Founder in strategic initiatives, regulatory planning, and end-to-end execution. Track and drive cross-functional priorities (legal, tax, compliance, product, partnerships) Prepare briefs, memos, presentations, and internal notes for investors, regulators, and partners. Coordinate with CAs, lawyers, consultants, regulators, and internal teams. Maintain process discipline, timelines, and documentation. Support new initiatives, pilots, and business launches end-to-end. Ideal Profile Chartered Accountant / MBA / Lawyer with 1-4 YOE Strong understanding of business, compliance, and financial fundamentals Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-responsibility environments What This Role Is NOT ❌ a passive coordination role ❌ a “9-to-5” execution-only job Why this role matters?
