We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Fresher for the Founder's Office Associate position to join our on-site team in Vesu, Surat. This is a unique opportunity to start your career by working closely with the founder of a dynamic digital marketing agency, gaining hands-on experience across content creation, client coordination, project management, and digital marketing activities.

• Support the founder in day-to-day agency activities and internal operations.
• Assist in coordinating communication, timelines, and deliverables for multiple clients and campaigns.
• Create, edit, and manage content for digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, presentations, etc.).
• Be camera-friendly and participate in agency & client video content creation.
• Perform basic video and visual editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Update and maintain website content on platforms like Shopify, WordPress, etc.
• Manage project workflows and tasks using project management tools (you’ll be trained on Notion, ClickUp, etc.).
• Conduct research and help prepare reports or presentations for the founder and agency team.
• Perform other duties related to marketing, operations, and supporting agency growth.

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or relevant field is preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Eagerness to learn content creation, project management, video, and digital marketing tools.
• Confident personality, willing to experiment and appear in front of the camera for digital content.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to handle multiple assignments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internships or campus project experience is a plus.
