Location: Vesu, Surat (On-Site) Experience: Fresher / 0–1 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Fresher for the Founder's Office Associate position to join our on-site team in Vesu, Surat. This is a unique opportunity to start your career by working closely with the founder of a dynamic digital marketing agency, gaining hands-on experience across content creation, client coordination, project management, and digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Support the founder in day-to-day agency activities and internal operations. Assist in coordinating communication, timelines, and deliverables for multiple clients and campaigns. Create, edit, and manage content for digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, presentations, etc.). Be camera-friendly and participate in agency & client video content creation. Perform basic video and visual editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar. Update and maintain website content on platforms like Shopify, WordPress, etc. Manage project workflows and tasks using project management tools (you’ll be trained on Notion, ClickUp, etc.). Conduct research and help prepare reports or presentations for the founder and agency team. Perform other duties related to marketing, operations, and supporting agency growth. Requirements Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or relevant field is preferred). Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Eagerness to learn content creation, project management, video, and digital marketing tools. Confident personality, willing to experiment and appear in front of the camera for digital content. Strong organizational skills and willingness to handle multiple assignments. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment.
