Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder's Associate, located in Noida. The Founder's Associate will collaborate closely with the founder on various projects, manage daily operations, and assist in strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, coordinating with team members, and managing communications. The role also involves supporting product development, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and research skills for market and trend analysis
• Familiarity with early childhood care principles and education methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred

Compensation

Fixed - INR 33K - 35K per Month
