Job Title: Founder’s Associate (Founding Team)

Location: India (Remote)

Tensor Planet keeps commercial fleets on the road by predicting failures weeks before they happen. We fuse telematics, sensor streams and repair logs with AI to cut breakdowns, lower repair costs and extend vehicle life across the $20B US market.

What You Will Do:

Operate as an execution extension of the Founder and CEO across functions.

• Support founder-led execution:

  Shadow the CEO across strategy, marketing, hiring, partnerships, and operations, and help convert ideas into first drafts, action plans, and follow-ups.

• Drive market and competitive research:

  Conduct structured research on customers, competitors, markets, and adjacent opportunities, and synthesize insights into concise briefs.

• Assist marketing and growth initiatives:

  Support content creation, outreach campaigns, webinars, events, and conference preparation. Track basic inputs and outcomes.

• Support hiring and people operations:

  Help with resume screening, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and internal documentation.
