We’re looking for a Founder’s Assistant - someone sharp, reliable, and proactive who can help the founder stay on top of meetings, priorities, and day-to-day execution.
This is a high-trust, hybrid role: part scheduling & coordination, part light operations.
You’ll make sure the founder’s time runs smoothly - and when things are quiet, you’ll help out with team ops, client coordination, and follow-ups.
If you’re organized, love working in fast-paced environments, and want a close-up look at how an AI startup really operates, this role is for you.
Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable switching between scheduling, coordination, and small ops tasks
Curious about startups, AI, and learning how companies are built
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome if you’re excellent at organization)
