You provide an integrated solution that includes AI Marketing Manager, Member Experience, and more. **Role Overview:** - You will serve as a strategic and executional force for product velocity, design, and engineering alignment. - Act as a stop-gap/pod leader for business-critical product pods without dedicated leads. - Drive hiring and team building across product, design, and engineering. - Maintain founder-level ownership, balancing strategy and tactical player-coach execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive product vision, roadmap, and market differentiation strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. - Set and track velocity metrics, eliminate bottlenecks, and establish quality, speed, and collaboration rituals. - Establish tight alignment between design and engineering, lead collaboration rituals, and enforce standards for UI/UX quality. - Step in as interim pod lead, own hiring, and develop product team rituals, documentation, and career frameworks. - Act as DRI for product org interactions, ensure clear communication, and represent product interests in founder meetings. - Build for workflow dominance, develop deep expertise, lead vertical integrations, and partnerships essential to the VSaaS journey. **Qualifications Required:** - 7-10+ years in product management/leadership in B2B SaaS (VSaaS strongly preferred). - Demonstrated 0-to-1 product building or scaling experience, driving design-engineering alignment, and unblocking delivery teams. - Experience in hiring and building teams in Product, Design, and Engineering. - Domain expertise in your vertical or ability to quickly develop it. **Additional Details:** Kenko's leadership team comprises individuals with experience at elite organizations and startups like JP Morgan, Uber, Shiprocket, BrowserStack, and MagicPin, dedicated to making physical and mental health more accessible.
