Our mission is to simplify the school admission process and bring digital transformation to the education ecosystem.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Founder’s Office Intern who will work directly with the Founders and core leadership team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, strategy, and execution while understanding how a fast-growing EdTech organization functions.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Founder in daily operational and strategic tasks.- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.- Support recruitment, sales, and marketing initiatives as needed.- Take ownership of special projects and ensure timely completion.- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Requirements:- Current student or recent graduate (MBA/BBA preferred).- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.- Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.What You’ll Gain:- Direct exposure to startup operations and decision-making.- Mentorship from the leadership team.- Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).- Hands-on learning experience across multiple business domains.
