You are sought after as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who will lead a pioneering venture in Facilities Management Automation using state-of-the-art AI and Robotics technology. Your role involves being the face of a rapidly growing robotics company, directing a cutting-edge project focused on autonomous commercial surface cleaning that redefines facility management practices across various industries. Preferred location for this role is Bangalore, with flexibility for Delhi-NCR or Mumbai. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your expertise in Sales & Marketing, Business development, Operations & Finance within the Real Estate and/or Facilities management sectors. - Demonstrate Pan-India experience, with exposure to international markets being a valuable asset. - Foster an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to creating and adding value. - Showcase strong leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire a team. - Possess financial acumen and understanding of fundraising processes. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication. - Leverage strong negotiation abilities in interactions with investors, partners, and suppliers. **Qualifications Required:** - **Essential Skills:** - Domain Industry Knowledge in Real Estate and/or Facilities Management. - Varied Geography Experience, particularly Pan-India exposure. - Entrepreneurial Mindset emphasizing value creation. - Leadership Skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. - Financial Acumen and understanding of fundraising processes. - Communication Skills including excellent verbal and written communication. - Negotiation Skills for interactions with stakeholders. - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Education: Masters degree in Business management; MBA requirement can be relaxed based on case-to-case evaluation. - Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Real Estate and/or Facilities management. - Entrepreneurial: Previous success as an Entrepreneur is advantageous. - Track Record: History of at least 1 successful venture or significant contributions to previous companies. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with automation technologies used in Real Estate, especially in Facilities management.,
