Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience Management

Team Building & Culture
Hire, manage, and mentor high-performing teams aligned with the company's vision and values.
Operational Oversight
Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on process efficiency, service delivery, and cost optimization.
Industry Networking
Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, mentors, investors, and institutional clients.
Governance & Compliance
