Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategies, and align internal stakeholders with the same.
  • Product / Tech Roadmap Development:

    Define the mid & long-term roadmap for product/technology across different markets and use-case applications, based on business potential.
  • Fundraising:

    Engage with potential investors, pitch the business idea, and secure necessary funding.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM):

    Develop a strong GTM strategy to achieve the companys top-line objectives.
  • Client Experience:

    Deliver a world-class product & service experience through SLAs, SOPs, user interfaces, and tools for cutting-edge performance.
  • Team Building:

    Recruit, hire, and manage a team that aligns with the company’s culture and objectives.
  • Operational Oversight:

    Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth business functioning.
  • Industry Networking:

    Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, mentors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Governance:

    Establish efficient business practices and processes to ensure robust governance and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Essential Skills

  • Domain / Industry Knowledge:

    General Management profile with experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations & Finance within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Varied Geography Experience:

    Pan-India experience is essential; international exposure is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:

    Strong belief in creating & building value, rather than operating with an employee mindset.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage teams effectively.
  • Financial Acumen:

    Strong understanding of financial management and fundraising processes.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong negotiation abilities for dealing with investors, partners, and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:

    Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA requirement may be relaxed for entrepreneurs on a case-to-case basis).
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 15 years in Facilities Management. (Experience in Real Estate may also be considered if it includes management of building maintenance and/or housekeeping projects.)
