Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder and CEO, requiring on-site presence in Chennai with some remote work flexibility. The Founder and CEO will be responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, overseeing R&D initiatives, securing funding, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing leadership teams, steering product development, and ensuring the company's vision and mission are fulfilled. The individual will also represent Aadhyaa Skills at industry events and conferences.
