Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Specialist (FOS) based in Jalandhar. The FOS will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, engaging with clients, managing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The FOS will also be tasked with conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Field Operations, Client Engagement, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Market Research and Analysis capabilities
• Strategic Implementation and Product Performance Enhancement skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
