Forward Deployed Engineer

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their business goals and translate them into scalable, high-impact technical solutions using

  Plum, Empuls, Compass, Loopr, and Loyalie

• Own

  end-to-end implementation

  : requirement gathering, solution design, development, integration, and go-live.
• Build and optimize

  custom scripts, APIs, and automation workflows

  to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Work closely with internal

  Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

  teams to ensure smooth deployments and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across systems and integrations.
• Contribute to

  internal tools, documentation, and best practices

  that accelerate future deployments.
• Act as a

  trusted technical advisor

Requirements

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech from

  IITs, NITs, or other Tier-1 engineering institutes

  .

• Experience:

  4 7 years in

  software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting

  roles.
• Strong proficiency in

  API integrations

  ,

  RESTful services

  , and

  web technologies

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Python, JavaScript, or Java

  , and understanding of

  databases (SQL/NoSQL)

• Familiarity with
