Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deploy AI-powered voice applications.
• Build and optimise machine learning pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Experiment with prompt engineering to improve accuracy and contextual understanding in conversational AI.
• Support client deployments by customising AI/ML models for production use.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance deployed solutions.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. ).
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Basic knowledge of cloud services, APIs, or real-time data systems.
• Familiarity with STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or experience in related fields.
• Projects or internship experience involving AI/ML models, LLMs, or voice applications.
• Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering and Evals understanding is a must requirement.
• Familiarity with telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC) is a bonus.
