You will play a crucial role in driving the New Product Development process at Whats Up Wellness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing the New Product Development calendar in collaboration with the team, encompassing a pipeline of innovative ideas. - Coordinating with the team throughout the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and brief, product specification, manufacturing, sample approval, to ensure timely delivery and successful product launches. - Utilizing customer insights and market research to identify product gaps, generate new ideas, enhance market share, improve customer experience, and drive sales growth. - Engaging with potential vendors to evaluate their products, negotiate pricing, address concerns, and ensure product/service quality. - Researching and analyzing vendors to determine the best pricing and product quality. - Monitoring sales trends to identify popular products and optimize the product portfolio. - Conducting vendor interviews, outlining vendor responsibilities, and enhancing vendor management programs. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of proven experience in New Product Development or related roles, with a preference for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of the New Product Development process, from concept to market launch. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making abilities. - Willingness to travel for work when required.,
