Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Chemist located in Parner. The role involves developing and optimizing chemical formulations, conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring quality standards. The Formulation Chemist will collaborate with the research and development team to create innovative products, oversee quality control processes, and provide technical insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and solving complex problems Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and conducting experiments Experience in Quality Control procedures and ensuring compliance with standards In-depth knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) and formulation processes Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Experience in chemical manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage
