Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure precise machining of components as per technical drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Setup and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, drilling, etc.) to produce precision metal or plastic parts. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and production methods. Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications. Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety standards. Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality control teams to meet daily production targets. Document production logs , part counts, and quality reports accurately. Follow strict safety protocols and company policies during operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or relevant technical training. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role (minimum 1 year preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings . Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and tool handling . Willingness to work in shifts if required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CNC programming (G-code) is a plus. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is an advantage. Output - Crude Lead should be weighed & attach the tag properly. Before issue the raw material, samples to be issued to the quality persons. Check the equipment's before starting the burner. ( charging time to be checked. Equipments:-Blower,burner,bag house,oil pump & coke feeder. Before starting the burner,end block and end mouth should be cleaned. Recovery should be calculated using check list, before tapping the Lead and slag. 10 Lead in slag should be controlled < 3%. After tapping the Lead,samples to be taken and should be issued to the quality department. After tapping the Lead,with in 2 hrs should be weighed,and note the weight in the tag. Yellow dross crude Lead should be marked in yellow colour. Raw materials&additives area should be cleaned regularly.(every 4 hrs) Bag house powder,petty mud&heavy slag should be issued in I & II Charges only. Saftey equipments should be issued and sholud wear regularly. Communication to be given to shift reliver properly. Coke level should be maintained in the hopper. Smoke & other pollution should be controlled. About Preventive maintenance & repairing work should be initimated to the maintenance persons immedietly.(should be note the maintanance work note book). Process to be verified stage by stage. Should be asked to quality persons,each and every charge moisture % of raw materials. Should be disscussed with quality persons about Lead in slag %. Documentation: Production log sheet to be filled. Labours attendance should be followed properly. Fuel consumption should be noted properly. Raw materials , Addives & Fuel stock should be maintained properly. Health and safety: Should wear uniform and ID card(Supervisors and Labours). Use Shoes,Gloves,Masks and Goggles(Supervisors and Labours). House Keeping: Section to be cleaned. Keep the materials in the proper area. Keep tools proper area 4 Charging area to be cleaned after every charge.
