Forensic and Investigation (Deputy Manager)

The role of DM Forensic & Investigation within the IAU/FNI/Gurugram division requires the incumbent to possess a CA or CMA or MBA qualification. In addition to the essential educational qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who are Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certified, have experience in ERP environment (Oracle/SAP), and possess hands-on experience of forensic tools. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in performing investigations and should be familiar with leading and managing investigations involving allegations of potential misconduct, conducting preliminary assessments on red flags and fraud complaints, analyzing large and complex data sets, and have technical expertise in performing forensic data analysis. Key responsibilities of the role include leading and managing fraud investigations, conducting interviews, and deploying and implementing relevant recovery tools. The incumbent should demonstrate strong analytical skills, an ability to identify control weaknesses, proficiency in report writing and presentation, as well as effective liaisoning skills. Additionally, the candidate should be able to plan and execute tasks, demonstrate target orientation, possess a self-starting attitude, and be proactive in their approach to work.,
