Foreman

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-:

1. Required strong technical knowledge of fabrication, welding and assembly processes.

2. Supervise & coordinate the daily activity of the fabrication team.

3. Insure all project complete on time with in budget and as per the quality standards/QAP.

4. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.

5. Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth work flow and communications.

6. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.

7. Material calculations & requisition as per the final fabrication drawings.

8. Troubleshoot & resolve the issue comes during the fabrication process.

9. Preparation of job card & monitoring with day-to-day activities/process.

10. Improve efficiency and minimise wastage of the material.

11. Monitoring the quality of the product as per quality assurance plan.

12. Fill issue vouchers for raw materials and consumables as per project requirements.

13. Work allocation & distribution to the manpower.

14. Ensure floor housekeeping as per factory guidelines.

15. Maintain actuate production activity material uses and time log.

16. Monitoring machines and equipment preventive maintenance schedule.

17. Maintain sufficient quantity of tools, tackles and machinery needed for production processes.

18. Maintain Raw material minimum stock material.

19. Conduct daily induction programme.

20. Work closely with welder, fitter and other floor manpower to achieve daily targets & maintain quality standers of fabrication jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alipur, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 8 years (Preferred)
