We are seeking Foremen (Finishing) with proven experience in handling finishing activities for large-scale real estate/construction projects. The candidate should have a strong eye for detail and the ability to ensure high-quality finishing within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and other related works.
• Ensure finishing is executed as per approved drawings, design, and specifications.
• Maintain strict quality standards and timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors for material availability and finishing standards.
• Monitor manpower and subcontractors to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at site.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and assist in project handover.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of hands-on finishing work experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and modern practices.
• Preference for candidates from contractor companies with real estate project exposure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must be able to deliver quality work within defined timelines.
• Package will be aligned with existing team salary structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
