Foreman Finishing

You are being hired as a Foreman (Finishing) by Navraj Group located in Sector 37D, Gurugram. As a Foreman (Finishing), you will be responsible for overseeing all finishing activities for large-scale real estate/construction projects. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality finishing within project deadlines while maintaining strict quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing finishing activities such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and related works. It will be essential for you to ensure that finishing is executed according to approved drawings, design, and specifications. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure material availability and finishing standards while monitoring manpower and subcontractors for optimal performance. To succeed in this role, you are required to have 8-10 years of hands-on finishing work experience along with a strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and modern practices. Candidates with exposure to real estate projects from contractor companies are preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, and you must be able to deliver quality work within defined timelines.
