Job Description

Job Summary:

The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day construction activities at the site. This role ensures that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
  • Ensure that all site activities are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Allocate daily tasks to site teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the workforce.
  • Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders for smooth site operations.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and site regulations are strictly followed by all personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain daily work reports, labor deployment reports, and material usage logs.
  • Identify and resolve site issues or report them promptly to the project management team.
  • Assist in planning manpower and material requirements in advance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Btech. Or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience in construction supervision.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience as a Foreman in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
  • Thorough understanding of construction drawings, methods, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work at project sites as per company requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in construction.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and site safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
