As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Your main duties will include managing construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers by assigning tasks and enforcing safety procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers to develop construction plans and schedules, ensuring work progresses accordingly. Reviewing construction drawings and blueprints to guarantee alignment with design specifications will be a critical part of your role. You will also be responsible for optimizing the allocation of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to enhance productivity and efficiency. Enforcing quality control measures to meet required standards, as well as implementing safety protocols to ensure adherence to regulations by all workers, will be key priorities. Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during construction, including delays, design changes, or unexpected site conditions, will require your timely intervention and problem-solving skills. To excel in this role, you must possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. A strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials is essential. Your ability to perform well under pressure and meet project deadlines will be crucial for success. This position is full-time and requires you to work during the day shift at the construction site in person.
