Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging
presentations and orientation sessions
in English to college principals, HODs, faculty, and student groups, showcasing our global EdTech programs.
Act as a
brand ambassador
for our organization, building trust and credibility with Indian institutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to
onboard colleges
and establish long-term academic partnerships.
Interact with students to create awareness about international career certifications and skill development programs.
Conduct
seminars, workshops, and information sessions
that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Maintain a strong follow-up system with colleges and ensure smooth communication between institutions and the company.
Provide
market feedback
on student/college expectations, competitor activities, and cultural insights to help refine strategies.
Support the business development team in achieving
enrollment and onboarding targets
.
Travel across India as required for presentations, events, and academic collaborations.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding our values of innovation, global education, and student success.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Foreign national (European/Russian preferred) with strong command of
spoken and written English
.
Outgoing personality with
excellent presentation and public speaking skills
.
Prior experience in business development, sales, training, or education sector preferred (but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
connect with diverse cultural and academic groups
.
Willingness to travel extensively across India for college visits and events.
Passion for education, technology, and empowering students with global opportunities.
