About the Role

Senior Foreign Education Student Counselling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their academic profiles and career goals.
Handle end-to-end processes — from application submission to visa assistance and post-admission follow-ups.
Maintain and update student records, follow up with leads, and provide timely reports on counselling activities.
Plan and conduct seminars, webinars, and student interaction sessions to promote overseas education.
Stay informed on current education systems, visa policies, and admission processes in major countries.
Ensure high-quality counselling experience and provide detailed lead status and call reports by EOD.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s in related field preferred).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in foreign education/student counselling.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Confident, customer-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets.
