We provide online payment collection and financial solutions to consumers, merchants, and offline platforms. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for multiple positions within the company. The selected candidates will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which could range from managing payment operations, customer support, merchant onboarding, technical support, and developing financial solutions. Specific responsibilities will be assigned based on the role and the candidate's expertise. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Client Relations, and Merchant Onboarding Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Payment Operations, Financial Solutions, and Payment Processing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in the financial technology (fintech) industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Show more Show less
