Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Footwear Merchandiser to join our team in India. In this role, you will support our merchandising strategies and help drive sales through effective product placement and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the footwear industry. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of footwear merchandising strategies. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and promotions. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment of product offerings with market needs. Maintain visual merchandising standards in-store and online to enhance customer experience. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting in replenishment processes. Prepare and present reports on merchandising performance and sales metrics. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail marketing strategies. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
