Footwear Designer

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop cutting-edge footwear designs for commercialization in DIP Open Footwear.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs meet technical requirements and production feasibility.

Effectively communicate design concepts and technical details to internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization.

Address and solve technical problems related to design, material selection, and production processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the production process.

Manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in designing Open PU footwear using the DIP method.

Strong technical skills to develop designs that are production-friendly and solve potential manufacturing challenges.

In-depth knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
