You are a Food Technologist who understands the science of nutrition and a Sales Leader who knows how to inspire a team and build a brand from the ground up. Your Dual Mission1. The Architect of Nutrition (Product & Technical Leadership) You will be the creative and technical heart of our new product line. Your expertise will define everything we create, from the functional benefits to the irresistible taste. This means: Innovating our new product portfolio, including muesli, oatmeal, granola, functional snack foods, and protein bars. Applying your deep knowledge of nutrition to ensure every product is not just delicious but also genuinely healthy. Mastering the entire product development process—from sourcing raw materials to perfecting the final recipe and ensuring all products meet strict FSSAI and quality standards. 2. The Catalyst for Growth (Sales & Leadership) Your scientific expertise will be the foundation of a new, top-tier sales team. You will lead from the front, providing the technical knowledge and strategic direction needed to achieve ambitious growth targets. This means: Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will train them on the science behind our products, empowering them to sell with authority and confidence. Crafting and executing a growth strategy to bring our new product lines to the market and establish Kenny Delights as a leader in functional foods. Partnering with key clients and distributors, using your product knowledge to create mutually beneficial relationships. Who We're Looking ForYou are a rare talent with a proven track record in both food science and sales. You are a natural leader with a passion for building something great. A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, with specific knowledge of muesli, granola, protein bars, or other functional foods. A strong grasp of nutrition science and an ability to translate it into consumer-friendly products. Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or team leadership.
