Food Technologist

As a Food Technologist, your role will involve modifying and improving existing products, conducting experiments to produce sample products, and designing processes and machinery for large-scale production of recipes. You will be responsible for ensuring strict hygiene and implementing food safety protocols, as well as monitoring the use of additives. Researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts will also be a part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be testing and examining samples to maintain product quality. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Food Technologist - Prior experience in the dairy industry will be considered a plus - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology - Knowledge of food and safety protocols - Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and oral The company offers benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
