Job Description

Food Technologist : Overview : As a Food technologist, you will be responsible for the food standards strategy development and maintenance. This includes collaborating with production team and service team to work as per the company standards. Job Description : Responsible for developing, implementing, a maintaining operations as per the standards set by FSSAI across all the branches. Review it and make the necessary rectification, if any issue is there ; Manage food safety related complaints, investigations, and take corrective actions. Personal hygiene and people management. Ensure infrastructure as per FSSAI standards. Procurement and vendor related documentations. Providing guideline to the company as per FSSAI or any other statuary authorities Process monitoring of preparation and ensure safe food is provide to customers and staff members at all time Waste management. Any other department related job may occur time to time. This is on field work, need to visit at least 1 or 2 branches in a day. Note : Only Female Candidates can apply for this position. At least 3 years of experience as Food Technologist. Should possess excellent communication skills.
