Help us craft a refreshing, gut-friendly drink using gond katira. If you love experimenting with food science and wellness, this role is for you.
🔧 Roles & Responsibilities
• Formulate and test gond katira–based drinks for taste & texture.
• Ensure food safety & FSSAI compliance.
• Run stability & shelf-life checks.
• Optimize flavors, nutrition, and storage.
• Document trials and assist with packaging ideas.
🎓 Qualifications
• Pursuing Food Tech/Food Science degree.
• Knowledge of nutrition & safety basics.
• Creative approach to formulation & taste.
